What we do

  • Climate change is a challenge that requires ‘systems thinking’ if it is to be meaningfully addressed. We help our partners identify their strategic opportunities that can be leveraged to shape and direct collective action.

  • Enabling the public to meaningfully participate and influence decision-making processes is difficult but creates opportunities for transformative outcomes. We help our partners design and implement participatory methods to engage and empower communities within their work.

  • Evidenced-based decision-making is a guiding principle for many organizations but what data is being captured and analyzed can open or close potential trajectories. We help our partners use their long-term goals as the foundation for designing outcomes-oriented monitoring and evaluation frameworks that center learning within their impact analysis approaches.

  • Solving challenges requires being able to innovate towards a specific objective. We help our partners build capacity for innovation by grounding innovation frameworks within their contexts and developing their practical skills to harness those frameworks over the long-term.

  • Cities are where solutions to the 21st century’s challenges will be found. We help our partners understand that complex processes within city systems and design solutions to societal challenges at the city-scale.
